[SDCBC] Board meeting MOVED to July 30th

Turns out many of the board members will be out of town on the 23rd, so
we're moving the SDCBC Board meeting to Wednesday, July 30th. 7:00 to 8:30
p.m. at the Coalition office, 740 13th St, suite 220.
