The route is from Normal Heights to Camino del
Rio South... incomplete, traverses private
property and is probably too steep to qualify as
ADA compliant. A NH Trails committee and the NH
Community Planning Group (that I chair) is
working on getting something open but unlikely a
bike-able facility. Look at the north end of 33rd
Street. Aerial views show some of the presently existing trails, most illegal.
I'll be attending a meeting this week to
introduce the idea to property owners, hoping to
alleviate their potential fears and "get 'em on board."
But, don't let that stop you or anyone. There is
also a more likely openable abandoned route from
Ft Stockton to Camino del Rio South I could show anyone sometime.
