[SDCBC] Bay Shore Bike Route signal fixed.

Dear SDCBCers:
	Hello! One of the surprizes, pleasant one though, on the Ride and Learn 
on Sunday was the traffic signal on the Bay Shore Bike Route northbound 
at the Chula Vista nature interpretive center, where you make the left 
turn to get on the bike path.
	The traffic signal for the left turn triggered for the bikes! Thanks to 
the City of Chula Vista for adjusting the induction coil sensitivity, 
and thanks to the SDCBC for asking the City of CV to adjust the 
induction coil sensitivity.
	So, what's the status of the state rule to adjust induction coils to 
register bicycles?
