[SDCBC] Maximum Sentence for Killing Bicyclist

You think you increase the strength of your point by generalizing it. I think that you weaken the power of your message by spreading it too thin.

A person who is intentionally driving without a license, having been told by the law not to do so, is not even in the same league as someone who took the wrong medicines together.

A person who gets drunk and then drives is as much as a suicide bomber, not caring who he will plow into and kill that night. This is terrorism. To prove it, ask yourself how you feel about driving your bicycle at 2-4am on the roads.
