Yes,

And a cell phone distracted driver almost took me out today when she 
didn't even slow down for a stop sign even though I clearly had the 
right of way and no stop sign from my direction.  Fortunately, I was 
traveling slowly and was alert enough to see she was totally 
distracted on the phone and was not going to stop.

This issue is all about driving responsibly adn being held 
accountable in all circumstances - not just about drunks and old people.
