[SDCBC] Maximum Sentence for Killing Bicyclist

In my opinion, whether she killed anyone or not should not have even been in question. Anyone who is driving on a suspended license for DUI obviously can't be trusted. For that, the license should be revoked permanently. To be drunk also, shows not only disrepect of the system but also lack of self-control. For that she should receive the 10-year prison sentence. Murder on top of that shouldn't even make a difference (I don't think death sentence is a serious deterrent).
