For Melissa Arrington to get the maximum sentence:

How much less remorse would Melissa Arrington have to have had?
How much more beyond 195% of the legal BAC would Melissa
Arrington have to have been?
How many more prior DUIs would Melissa Arrington have to have had?
How many more other laws would Melissa Arrington have to have broken?
How much deader would Paul L'Ecuyer have to have been?

Superior Court Judge Michael Cruikshank should have to provide
public justification for not assigning the maximum penalty.

My money says that she will be back on the streets in 2 years.
