[SDCBC] Pet peeve: suddenly ending bike lanes on high speed roads.

On a 50MPH road,  I would like to think the space and the lane 
continue...  rather than forcing me "to take the lane" in such traffic...

I think I have as much expectation as any other road user that the 
space I am using will be continuous...  or I'll have warning...  just 
like any other road user would.

It seems to me that cyclists should have the same courtesy extended 
to them as other users of the road.  A simple sign would be nice:
  Bike Lane Ends
200 Yards
   Merge Left

Is all I ask...

I really don't think it is too much to ask to be treated with the 
same courtesy as other road users.
