[SDCBC] "Bike Lane Closed" sign

Currently on Clairemont Mesa Blvd. eastward before Antigua in Tierrasanta
they have placed a sign in the bike lane that says "Bike Lane Closed".  The
road then narrows with K-rails to one car width lane.  I must take the lane,
which I do.  Yesterday, I had a car roll down his window and yell at me to
get on the sidewalk.  The "Bike lane Closed" sign is not proper!  It should
be something like "No Bike Lane, Share The Road" with the picture of a
bicyclist.  Just what would you think if you saw a "Bike Lane Closed" sign
if you were not a bicyclist.  Can anything be done to remedy this problem?
