[SDCBC] Pet peeve: cyclists have "no choice" but to be unsafe/crazy

One of my favorite keeper comics is from U-T opinion column by Kathy 
Keehan a few years ago. The drawing is of a guy painting a stripe on 
the road. In the caption, a cyclist comments "so you're going to add 
a bike lane?". Worker replies "this is the bike lane".

So now I always refer to this part of the roadway as the "bike line".
