Hi there Kathy,
   My name is Russ Roca and I'm a cyclist from Long Beach (mostly bike  
touring).  I was wondering if you could help me (or direct me to  
someone) plan a route.  I'm organizing a beer tasting ride from Long  
Beach down to San Diego.  One of the stops is Escondido.  Can you  
suggest a route from Oceanside inland to Escondido?
