[SDCBC] February 2nd Bike Accident

Greetings, Friends.  Attorney Duquette refers to the incident as an accident.  From what was reported on the forum, it sures looks more like a criminal assault, in my humble and layperson's opinion.  Anybody know if the perp was charged with a criminal offense other than being cited for a traffic violation?
