[SDCBC] Stupid Bike Lanes

Jon,

I second your nomination.

But I have small nit with the wording.  This is not an example of a poor
connection between two bike lanes, but between two bikeways, one of which is
a bike lane (Class 2 bikeway) and the other a bike path (class 1 bikeway).

I also don't think turning left from the light, into the crosswalk, is
technically legal.
