[SDCBC] Bayshore Bikeway Coasters

Small disks bearing the name and logo of the Bayshore Bikeway
are being placed at suitable locations along the bikeway.
Stephan Vance calls them "coasters", because they are about
the same size an shape as coasters and can be used for the
same purpose before they are installed. I don't know what
else to call them.

So far, only a few of them have been installed, mostly on
curbs. There is one along Glorietta Blvd. in Coronado:

Obviously, you won't notice the coasters unless you're
looking for them. But they are brightly colored to attract
attention, and appear to be fairly vandal-resistant.

Now all we need are a few hundred more of them.
