[SDCBC] Tip for two-headlight nocturnal commuters.

Dear SDCBCers:
Some night-riding commuters use two headlights, oine in steady lighting
mode, the other in eyu-catching blinking mode. If that commuter set up
is like the one I use on my road bike, the stronger headlight is the
steady state light, while the little three-LED strap-on job is the
"be-seen" blinker.
On a night ride last week, I saw a rider with the same light dicotomy I
have -- with the lights mounted next to each ohter on the handlebars.
The powerful steady state LED light overpowered the pulses of the
smaller blinking forward LED. It looks like I'll be experimenting
tonight to see whether the four inch separation between the 1 watt
forward light and the little one I've set to blink is enough separation
to make them distinctly visible.
