I agree. I worked for me one time when an officer swore at me when I 
suggested he shouldn't have parked his car in the bike lane at the bottom of Torrey 
Pines Grade on  a Friday afternoon when the car traffic was stop and go...

Ironically, he was there with a TV crew video taping the traffic and cars who 
were using the bike lane...  His superior was very understanding.
