Those bicycling tips are not in the driver's manual, which, by the way, is
available for free on the DMV website in searchable PDF format:
http://dmv.ca.gov/pubs/dl600.pdf
The tips are here:
http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/brochures/fast_facts/ffdl37.htm
Apparently, these tips are printed in The Fact Facts Driver's License (FFDL)
brochure #37 entitled "FFDL 37 Safety Tips for Bicyclists and
Motorists<http://www.dmv.ca.gov/pubs/brochures/fast_facts/ffdl37.htm>".
Perhaps that is available at the DMV office. But it's nice to have the
online version which you can print out in whatever size you want and with
whatever else you may want.
