[SDCBC] Cute Bike Lanes in San Marcos

Damn! That is terrible! A crash waiting to happen! Not only are 
cyclists likely to hit it these head on, but bicyclists riding to the 
right of this one will be hidden from motorists moving over to make 
the right turn just ahead.

Landscape dividers belong in the median if anywhere.
