[SDCBC] Pulled over for "taking the lane"

The DMV's Driver Handbook printed version is free at your local DMV 
office, doesn't weigh much. Why print out the text when you can carry 
the actual guide?
Onces shmounces. Pulling extra (bike) weight makes you fitter.  ;-)
