The officer is clearly wrong. However, that doesn't mean you won't get ticketed. And according to one thread on the state-wide coalition e-mail list server, one of our Brethren was ticketed, had his day in court, and lost! Maybe we ought to have the Ride of Silence ride this section of roadway and have all of us ticketed... . . .
