[SDCBC] Orange/Howard, was Re: El Cajon Bicycle Boulevard

I believe that Sunday is the day of the SD Velodrome Swap meet, 
right? If so, I won't be joining you though I would have like to.

There is to be a District 3 & 7 City Council Candidate forum 
regarding Mid-City Mobility issues on May 1st. I wonder what 
candidates would respond if asked if they would support 
development/designation of some Bike Boulevards in District?
