[SDCBC] El Cajon Bicycle Boulevard

Waste of time.   Meade is the best alternative, but it only goes as far 
as I think 44th.  I would take Meade or Adams when I was working at the 
Navy Hospital and commuted from Santee.   Orange is just too torn up 
unless you're on an MTB, but it goes as far east as 54th.   I never went 
further than Fairmount as I was connecting to Mission Gorge for an 
enjoyable climb. :)  One thing that did annoy me was having to fight 
with traffic at Princess View as they went from a right turn only lane 
to a straight lane, and the bike lane/wide shoulder ended couple hundred 
yards before there.
