[SDCBC] Score! Now wah?

Dear SDCBCers:
	Yesterday on the ride to work I called the SDPD about three cars parked 
in one particular 'No Parking: Bike Lane' section. After I made the U 
turn to get back on track to work I saw there were now FOUR cars parked 
in the bike lane! Oh well. On the way home I WAS going to call the cops 
again about one particular car parked in the bike lane, when I noticed 
it already had a ticket wedged under the wiperblade.
	1. So, the police do respond to these phone calls. Often enough, and 
maybe the neighbors will get talking and share their parking ticket 
stories and learn from the experience.
	2. How long before the cops tow in San Diego? I feel in the position of 
my parents' dog when he actually caught up to a cat. Now what do I do 
with this?
