Wrong paradigm, I am not blaming anyone...  This is not about blame or free 
passes for motorists.   

I think the issue is how to help prevent such things from happening in the 
future.  I like to think that pointing out that riding at night without lights, 
running stop signs, these are things that can get you killed.  I see lot of 
people riding bicycles doing these things, I wish they would stop doing them.    


I was thinking that a Ghost Bike is a good reminder to be careful and it 
might be a good way to communicate to riders who are careless in these ways that 
one is not always lucky.
