[SDCBC] Bicyclist Dies After Being Hit By Mercedes

This one was completely avoidable from the sounds of it. It seems like
more and more I'll be driving at night, and see some sort of movement on
the side of the road, sure enough, it's someone on a bike with no
lighting and dark clothes. :(
