[SDCBC] MS 150 ride

The Coalition is working with the MS Society again this year on the MS 150
ride. We'll be in charge of the intersection at Las Pulgas (like last year)
and I'm hoping a few people will be interested in volunteering to help do
traffic control at that intersection. The event is on October 13th (and
14th, but we're only helping on the 13th). We can use help all day, as the
riders are pretty spread out by the time they get to Las Pulgas. Please let
me know if you might be available to help for a couple of hours on the 13th.

Also, several Coalition members are riding, and are fundraising for the
event right now. Although we don't usually encourage people to post to the
list with individual fundraising pleas, since the Coalition is involved in
the event I thought it might be ok for those folks to send me their name and
email, and I can compile a list of participants who are Coalition members
and post that to the e-list so if other Coalition folks want to contribute
they know who to contact.

So if you are riding in the MS150 and would like to let other people know,
please send me your name and email (OFFLIST - don't just hit 'reply all' to
this message!) and I can put that together and send it out next week.
