[SDCBC] No more parking on Genessee report.

Dear Everybody:
	Hello! Last night's commute included Genesee Northbround from Eastgate 
Mall to Campus Point Drive, at about 4:50 PM. There were no cars parked 
in the bike lane. And believe me, I'd have phoned it in to the cops if 
there were one, becuase I was still in a mood after being honked by a 
speedy 18-wheeler on Miramar....
