[SDCBC] Advice on shipping a bike?

We used 'plastic' bike boxes from Crateworks to ship road bikes to/from
Hawaii:

Both bikes have carbon forks.  I think the fork would be safer in a bike
box than in carry-on luggage, to be honest!
