[SDCBC] Personal update - so far so good

I wanted to update everyone who might be worried about me and my family. Our
house is in the Westwood section of Rancho Bernardo, and I'm happy to report
that we think the house is still standing. At least it's not on the list of
houses that burned to the ground. So far when we call the house the
answering machine still picks up, so we're optimistic that the house is
still in good shape. We're waiting for officials to allow us back into the
neighborhood (hopefully tomorrow or Thursday) and then we will know more. 

We got out fine, and we've been staying at a hotel in Mission Valley, so in
the grand scheme of things, we're darn lucky.

I hope everyone on the list who is in the evacuation area is as fortunate as
we have been.
