[SDCBC] Bike lane removed in Sorrento Valley

Hello all,
I took a look at it today. It's the bare minimum width for a bike lane. It's
5 feet wide (two feet of which is gutter.)
The annoying part is that if they had moved the center line they could have
make the bike lane wider - the southbound side has a really wide travel lane
and a really wide bike lane - they could have taken a foot or two out of the
southbound lane and put it into the northbound bike lane.
I've got a service request in to the City of San Diego right now.
Unfortunately, I thought the bike lane was gone, so I think they are going
to go out, take a look and say 'hey, the bike lane is still here, so this is
taken care of.'
Kathy

Anyone know the actual width now?
We can't be too "mad" it seems if the width meets at least minimum
standards for Bike Lane width...
