I've heard a report this morning that the multi-use path (northbound, just east of Highway 101, and west of the RR tracks) has some flooding north of Encinitas Blvd. It's not clear whether it is rain induced, or caused by some broken plumbing. The raw sewage like stench might indicate broken plumbing. Be careful out there.
