[SDCBC] Bike lane removed in Sorrento Valley

Hi all,

I just drove this road again.

The bike lane has been restriped at about 1/2 the width as prior to 
the additional automobile lane being added.
There has been no change in the lanes on the north --> south direction.

Now that 1/2 of the bike lane has been restored I am only 1/2 as mad 
about it.
