[SDCBC] Bike lane removed in Sorrento Valley

My records are that it was March 1999 when Director Pl was installed that the engineering for the section was "upgraded" by Development Services, who were not in touch with the Mira Mesa community plan, that requires Class II bicycle facility on Vista Sorrento Parkway.

I suggest starting directly with the office of council district 5. Clearly the office of the City of San Diego Bicycle Program was not in on this.
