[SDCBC] Bike lane removed in Sorrento Valley

Hi,

This morning, driving to work I noticed that Vista Sorrento Parkway, 
heading north has been reconfigured.
I am not sure of the name of the street where it begins but it is the 
signal just north of Mira Sorrento Place and goes all the way to 
Lusk.     As recently as last week, this was a one land road with a 
bike lane.      This morning there are two south --> north traffic 
lanes and no bike lane anymore.

As a frequent user of this bike lane and road in my car, I don't see 
a need for a second traffic lane.    I DO see a need for the bike lane.
Make no mistake, I don't have a problem with taking the lane when 
necessary however, I don't feel that this road warrants two automobile lanes.

Seems like this road was reconfigured much the same a while back, wasn't it?

I am not sure if the same thing has happened in the other direction 
but I will travel that way later today and I will check.

Is there someone I can call or email to voice my disagreement with this action?
