[SDCBC] Del Mar Powerhouse community center traffic cones.

Dear People Who Ride a Lot:
	Sunday's return to Pacific Beach from Dana Point was slightly 
inconvenienced when the "low road" bike lane was blocked off by traffic 
cones marked "Powerhouse," as in Del Mar Powerhouse Community Center. 
This was about 2:30 PM. I'll try to call the Community Center tomorrow 
about that to see if this was a temporary case of bad cone placement or 
something they do all the time when unloading a truck (at least I think 
that's what they're doing).
	Have more frequeent coast riders noticed this?
