[SDCBC] What's the status of the Genesee Ave work?

This past Saturday, a rider broke his collar bone on the downhill where
there is a manhole cover with huge gaps.  This is the best route to Sorrento
Valley so I continue to ride in the gutter.  This is my husband's work
commute.  UGH!
