[SDCBC] FW: Harassment on Highland Valley

I seem to have missed an email.  I received all these e-mails with opinions regarding this situation, but not the one that tells what the situation is.  Will someone please enlighten me?  I want my husband, Dan, at Action Cyclery to be aware of any problems so he may let riders that come into our store know there may be a problem. Since we are in Scripts Ranch area, many of our riders frequent this area.
