[SDCBC] FW: [Cyclo-Vets] Soledad Mountain Warning

What an understated warning this turned out to be.  The fissures on Soledad
Mountain Rd turned into a huge house-swallowing sinkhole at 9 am today.  The
road is closed indefinitely, but there is a detour via Desert View.
