Thanks to all of you who are bicyclists and especially those of you 
making extra efforts to make bicycling better in San Diego, 
California, and THE WORLD.

And...
I'm thankful for paved roads to almost everywhere; for semi-paved 
paths to connect and bypass some areas; for unpaved trails and routes 
into nature and to places out and away from paved routes; for 
(pretty) clean air and really cool machines to carry me; for mostly 
civilized behavior from other road, path and trail users; and for you 
folks who have been able and willing to give time and funding to the 
organizations set up to protect and improve conditions for bicycling.
