[SDCBC] Yesterday's bike lane haul.

Dear SDCBCers:
	Hello! They seem to have stopped parking in the Nobel Drive bike lanes. 
Happenstance? Probably. However, I DID wake up Nelson the police 
dispatcher at about 6:15 AM yesterday to tell him all about the brown 
Ford LTD four door parked in the no parking bike lane right at the 
corner of La Jolla Colony and Palmilla.
	Now. what to do about motorists who pull into the crosswalk area of the 
I-5/Gilman/La Jolla Colony crosswalk prepatory to turning right onto La 
Jolla Colony in violation of that STOP HERE sign?
