[SDCBC] How often do you report illegally parked vehicles in the no parking bike lanes?

In Carlsbad I haven't noticed vehicles parked in posted No Parking bike 
lanes, but the recent event has alerted me to pay more attention. I reckon 
if I see one, I'll call it in.
