[SDCBC] Bernardo ctr drive 2 black mnt/carmel valley rd

It prob isn't strictly "legal" to ride on the unopened section of Carmel Valley
Rd/Bernardo Ctr Dr yet, but my friend has been bike commuting on it for at least a month.
 He said it's just the landscapers out there now.
