[SDCBC] Viejas Reservation Closed to Cyclists?

In the Union Tribune today there was a letter to the editor from Ted Smith
of Alpine that stated that the

Viejas Tribal Council had closed the reservation to cyclists. Citing that
unsafe motorist's created a liability

for the tribe. 

 

Viejas Grade is a favorite of local cyclists and It would be a shame to not
have it available to riders. As circumstances

Would have it, the century riders  have a club ride scheduled this weekend
that includes Viejas Grade.
