[SDCBC] Cyclist death

This unfortunate hit and run occurred on the coast on Friday. Particulary scary since a group of cyclists I was with was in that area about a half hour before this occurred. At least an alert Senior volunteer got the license plate and the driver was arrested.

Wonder what severe handslap the driver will receive?
