[SDCBC] Woman cyclist, 40, killed in Solana Beach hit-run

I have lost yet another "friend I never met." There are a couple of
discussion threads in the Advocacy & Safety section of bikeforums.net. We
can only hope Carnes gets the punishment he deserves, but he'll probably be
out on parole within 4 years.

I rode past the crash site this morning, as I have done on so many mornings
and afternoons over the past 25 years, since moving here from Los Angeles.
