[SDCBC] Fw: Update on Share the Road car licenses

Hi - while I totally agree with the sentiment reflected in the idea, the
petition is not written in any form that I can sign.  It is written as
though I am part of a club that I am not.

Maybe I watched "Heathers" too many times, but I'd prefer something more
specifically written to what they want me to sign.
