I still have an expires-in-1976 Los Angeles Bike Licence sticker on my 1970 Peugeot UO-8. 

My 1960 Capo has an early 1960s San Diego bicycle license which some bureaucrat plastered right over the Reynolds 531 decal! From what I have seen on the Internet, mine is not an isolated instance.
