[SDCBC] Texas Street Bike Lane

And be careful of the sections with less than 4' of pavement.
I am not sure that the City is claiming this as a Bike Lane any more 
since it seems to not meet required standards and has no pavement 
stencil but one I believe for it's whole length. The only sign I 
remember is one about "no parking bike lane" but no bike lane sign. 
Or did I miss 'em?
