[SDCBC] and pavement markings Re: Has anyone ever seen one of these?

One of my dreams is that one day all the bicyclists in San Diego will report 
each and every traffic sensor that is broken (ie does not respond to a 
bicycle, including those that are not marked) and if it happens a second time, report 
each incident to the appropriate city council member.   

It would be a significant effort but one that could not long be ignored.

Just dreaming away...
