[SDCBC] Bike lane Closed Genesee north from 52... FYI

There is a huge buckle to the pavement that has gotten worse... that
is the only reason I can see for the signs still being there. I have
not seen any work in the past three days, and anything that was done
was closer to 52. (where they were working on the cell phone
antenna(?) access.
But be that as it may, the bike lane closed signs do not convey any
meaning to motorists... and that is my point. Adding a simple Move
Left to the sign tells all the road users that there is a change in
the traffic pattern ahead. Closing a bike lane alone does not convey
that message to the motoring public. (it should, but it does not)
